CHELSEA APARTMENT
The brief for this desirably located Chelsea apartment was to make optimal use of light and space with a contemporary bespoke loft expansion. Mild steel was used to create a homely yet industrial look that would stand the test of time while adding plenty of character. This was then balanced by a bespoke oak balustrade and copper detailing throughout that added an air of timeless authenticity. A great deal of attention was paid to the all-important finishing touches in the property to create a luxurious feel. A classic example is the use of butler sinks in the bathroom that made optimal use of the surrounding space. The result was an effortless extension of the existing kitchen style which opened up the use of space. Our personal highlight came in the form of the bespoke staircase which unites the different spaces in perfect harmony.
